My husband and I recently bought our first home and were so thankful to have Erin guiding us through the process. We originally had started working with a different agent, yet met Erin at an open house and knew she would be a great fit for us. We were in DC and trying to get to Philly as much as possible since we know how quickly the market was moving. Erin put together a very robust listing for us based on our criteria, so we were able to narrow our search down and take advantage of the limited time we had during visits. She was EXTREMELY responsive to calls, texts and appointments - so much so that I had started to apologize for how frequently we were contacting her at odd hours of the day! In addition to Erin's responsiveness and professionalism, we were happy to find someone who was very honest about the neighborhoods we were looking at it - potential positives and negatives, while also thoroughly running the comps so we were sure the prices were fair. All in all, we would definitely recommend Erin to any friends or family that were looking to buy in the area!
