Erin is an absolute delight to work with. The two things that stood about Erin are: (i) unlike many other realtors, she does not put pressure on the client. She put as at ease and even in a competitive market, would never pressure us to bid beyond our comfort level. (ii) Once we converged on the house, she was really great in the negotiations.
