I recent have used Tina for my new rental search as well as listing my Washington Square West condo for sale. Within days of collecting my criteria for a future rental home, Tina and I walked through three wonderful properties, signing a Lease in three days and love my new condo in Graduate Hospital. This however, does not quite match the preciseness and ease with selling my previous property with Tina. Tina always kept me in the loop on progress or concerns, immense transparency. Her knowledge of the market, neighborhood, condominiums and sale prices enabled a smooth sale/closing of my refurbished condo. Not only did this sale benefit me, it also was a great asset to the new owner.
