I cannot say enough about Adam. He is masterful in his craft and completely dedicated to his clients. He uses all of his resources smartly and effectively to help locate the perfect property. He knows his market like the back of his hand, he helped with making sure I stayed on budget, factored in potential unforseen costs, and even helped locate reputable mortgage loan officers. He completely went above my expectations when he went to bat for us in an unusual negotiation battle with the seller and agent. I cannot recommend Adam enough. He is the real estate agent everyone needs to have in their back pocket!
