Tina did a fantastic job in helping close a less than ideal situation. The seller was unruly, not too intelligent, and just flat out unorganized. Tina handled the situation from start to finish, making it as smooth a deal as one could hope for, dealing with a disgruntled seller. I would definitely recommend Tina, for her experience and understanding of the neighborhood, market, and city.
