It took us only 7 weeks from the time Erin took us on our first exploratory trip to look at houses in Philadelphia to closing on a sweet row house in Fishtown. When friends ask us how we did that and we say, well, it was Erin, our realtor. It’s thanks to Erin that we were able to go through all the steps of getting the inspection, obtaining quotes from multiple contractors, negotiating with the seller, and moving through the process until closing and even afterwards with arranging work on the house. She took care of countless details which we couldn’t attend to since we live out of town. Erin is extremely organized, and and kept us appraised of timelines so we knew what we needed to take care of next. She was always available by text or phone call to answer any questions we had.
