Awesome guy to work with.. very professional... he helped me throughout the whole process from recommending morg. lenders, all the way to home inspectors.. Helped me in answering some questions about the local market.
Made sure that the flow information was on schedule for closing.. made sure all documents and little details was completed prior to closing.. helped me get a home below asking price... and this is July 2018, where paying over asking is very common..
He even helped me out after closing with some other issues.
Im so pleased with Adam, I've asked him to help me find another property.. would recommend him in a heartbeat..
