We were in the process of looking to buy at the start of this pandemic, which presented some unique challenges. Erin was able to meet each challenge like getting a home inspector that took appropriate health precautions during inspection, as well as a contractor to evaluate the usual repair negotiation. I doubt many could have navigated the challenges as well as she did to get us into our first home!
