Erin was amazing from the beginning! My fiance and I are first time homebuyers and were struggling with finding our dream home in Philadelphia. After looking for months, we met Erin, and were able to find our first home within a week. Erin is thoughtful about each of her clients needs and wants, knowledgeable about the Philadelphia metro area, extremely quick to respond, but more importantly, extremely proactive about helping us find exactly what we were looking for. This was also my first time financing a mortgage and she was understanding and helpful explaining that process as well as getting me in touch with the right titling and loan company.
