Let's take this back to the Winter of 2019 when my partner and I were looking for an apartment to live in in South Philadelphia. We explained to Adam what we were looking for in detail and we set up an appointment within a few hours. Fast foreword a few minutes into the future, we've chosen the house we wanted to rent and decided to secure a deposit. Now East Falls is a pretty popular neighborhood and when a house goes on the market it sells FAST. We were not the first people to put an offer in, but Adam talked us through step by step the best way to secure our dream home. Spoiler alert - it worked and now we are happily owners of a beautiful home in East Falls- EXACTLY what we were looking for.
Adam knows Philadelphia and the surrounding areas like the back of his hand and he really knows all the neighborhoods and what they can offer you. Obviously as a realtor he knows the housing market extremely well but when it comes to parks, bars, restaurants new things happening in town- he's got you covered in that regard too. You can tell he really cares about this city and his job and will make sure to take care of his clients in a way that I don't see many sales people doing.
Our whole house buying process was beyond smooth. We got the timeline, knew what to do, always had Adam to call or text for advice, and everything ended up going exactly how we could hope for, if not better. The negotiations worked out for all parties, the inspections were easy, closing was a cakewalk and Adam was there every step of the way.
I highly recommend Adam Feine as a realtor. He really cares and will jump through hoops to try and get what you need for your dream home. He is professional, courteous, super smart and actually a really great person to kick it with as well. If I could give 10 stars I would.
